The Smart Office Assessment™ and initial Discovery Call consultation are provided at no cost and with no obligation. Globmai reserves the right to decline assessment requests at its discretion. Completing a free assessment does not create a contractual obligation on either party.
Paid consulting engagements are governed by a separate service agreement signed by both parties. Pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Minnesota.
